Please direct all concerns and questions regarding Nick Kienzle Studio or your order to contact@nickkienzle.com. We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Emailed questions are the most reliable and direct, as messages via Instagram and Facebook can tend to get lost.
We will respond to product and shop-related emails within 2 business days or less during the week. As always, feel free to reach out directly at contact@nickkienzle.com.
For the Skull Behind The Sky book pre-order, we group batches of orders into a larger order that we submit to the publisher. This saves on production costs and in turn reduces the final cost you pay for the book. NOTE: The first round of pre-orders (orders placed on or before November 20th, 2017) have shipped! Expect your package to arrive in 5-7 business days.
All USA domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and come with a tracking number associated with the shipping address provided at checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address as reshipping fees due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer. Packages are usually shipped within five business days from when you placed your order and usually take up to one week to reach their final destination (note that the Skull Behind The Sky pre-orders may take longer: please see above).
Nick Kienzle Studio International orders are shipped via USPS First Class usually within five business days. Depending on where you live in the world, it can take longer than the standard one week for USA domestic shipping. NOTE: Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. These fees can vary a lot by country. The best contact is your local post office or customs office to get the most current information for your area. NOTE: Nick Kienzle Studio is not responsible for these fees.
We don't like spam! Any information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. If you subscribe to the Nick Kienzle Studio mailing list will only receive Nick Kienzle Studio-related announcements for products and news, and you may unsubscribe at any time. We will never ever sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.
Cancellation requests can be given within 24 hours of your purchase, unless your order has shipped. Because we are a smaller studio, we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS. If such a problem does arise, please email Nick at contact@nickkienzle.com, and we will work with you to find a solution. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer returns or refunds at this time.
